- Quotations & Validity
All quotations are valid for 7 (seven) days unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change if quantities or specifications change after acceptance.
- Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance and receipt of required payment. A 50% deposit may be required. Ownership remains with The Brand Studio until full payment is received.
- Artwork Approval
Final artwork approval rests with the client. The Brand Studio is not responsible for errors once approved in writing. Changes after approval may incur additional costs.
- Production Lead Times
Production begins only after payment and written artwork approval. Lead times are estimates and subject to supplier availability.
- Returns & Defects
Custom-branded items are non-refundable unless defective. Claims must be made within 3 working days of delivery.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
